sounds like the kiruna municipality doesn't want to change the local zoning plan to support a mine at Vittangi. as natural graphite is a critical and strategic raw material it seems like the eu will override the kiruna muni. I also find comfort in our directors who should know how to proceed in getting zoning approved.
