If the supreme court were waiting - now would be a good time to take some heat off. Drop the ruling now and it doesn't change the fight at the municipality level, which will be ongoing.
Not worried at all here, we are always hanging with STRONG gov support so good luck to the bullies and grifters who wants more hand outs cause jobs and taxes ain't enough.
