Disagree RAF. Shareholders need to let the BoD know how they will vote at GMs. We should also sway the voting of major shareholders to help us to protect our interests. It's important for the BoD to know how the voting will go BEFORE the GM!!!!
It's the only vote we have that counts. Wer must do it to preserve our investment.
Shareholders own the assets! No one else!
