Oh I agree that shareholder dissatisfaction should be put out there.
What do you consider to be a major holder? As the Talking heads I would expect to be major holders its how they keep control IMO. Your and my interests may well not be their interests in fact if their interests and our interests were aligned we probably wouldn't be having this convo.
ARV own the assets we just own shares. Its why understanding who actually controls ARV is so critical.
