That's the best approach.
Sniping from the sidelines like others (they know who they are) has achieved nothing and never will.It may make one feel good but that's the only thing it achieves.
The only sensible way forward if we really want change is to put our views directly to the Exec Management, including the BoD, and collect facts to help build a case if we need to do so.
