I like the idea of spinning off Munni Munni into a separate company too, but it's not part of ARV's plans going forward unfortunately.
AC says in the recent ARV UK Webinar (around the 33:45 mark) that there are no plans to develop Munni Munni. Following the court action, ARV will sell it and concentrate on drilling CC and Patersons, thus delaying raising funds from shareholders.
Some of his relevant quotes in the Webinar are 'never going to take it forward', 'turn it into a liquid asset' and 'find another buyer'.
