MMX and its co-defendants with their six man legal team failed in today's interlocutory hearing to halt the issue on any of the subpoenas sought under CHM's SOC. Press was in court, so hope we start to see some business news coverage in the near future.
Interesting to see that the best MMX & Co can come up with is delaying tactics and their prior statement that the CHM claim was without foundation and had no substance, rings hollow in the judges ears.
