Its interesting reading over on the MMX thread how this is going to go on for years.
CHM needs to demonstrate that they are prepared to fight for years and have backing to do it.

Mitsubishi wont pay another cent because how can they, it might not be MMX money and we wont know for years. Heres a cheque boys but dont spend it.

Either the case has foundation or it doesnt
were shares issued and cash taken to get assets without consideration
