Had a look at the court order and am a bit concerned about the need to present CHM's evidence by the 14th of April. Would have thought they would have done that before the hearing on the 20th. I would hope they do have the evidence and are not just fishing for it as other posters have suggested. Don't see anywhere where it states that CHM has been successful in being able to issue any supopenas. Looks like it's still the status quo as it was before the 20th. Any one care to enlighten me if I have got it wrong.. ...(a foot in both camps)...
