I think its imp for MMX NOT to go after MIS desperately...all these scrip offers just kill the company. I as a shareholder of MMX believes that MMX + MIS will be a massive advantage...but no point in increasing the offer just coz SINO do...let that slide I suppose...

as it is - its causing a lot of uncertainty on the MMX's selling price...its at 3.6 but thats really low compared to how high it went last year.....

MMX + MIS would be great but no need for desperate rise in offer from MMX
