Except MMX is hog tied until it can deal with the potential of losings its key assets as its original shonky promoters/directors are alleged to have used CHM assets to acquire iron ore tenaments
Everyone keeps forgetting that the original promoters of MMX were also behind CHM so do any of you really know what happened when iron jack was acquired.
These same people now are facing ASIC charges and yet you think that they were squeaky clean in establishing what is now MMX and getting there hands on the asset.
This is the problem for current board. They were not there either.
There will be no takeover until the CHM case runs its course
