It would appear from the latest MMX reports, that the proceedings in the Federal Court do not rate a mention, which I would have thought, they were under an obligation to report as an ongoing potential liability. In the financials it doesn't even rate a mention.
It was pleasing however, to see they have continued further development for us on the Jacks Hill lease, with plans to upgrade the resource.
