obviously mmx does not think it is material. i'll be looking very closely at chm's qtrly - especially the cash position. court cases of this type require securities for costs. chm needs to find a black knight just to stay in the race. imagine the dilution that will come with someone helping them out from here. how many ways are you cutting this peice of cake that may or may not exist......
