Frankly, I think the transaction that we will end up seeing is where CIC pays out all MMX shareholders...actually not quite.
Actually, it will be an asset sale of JHEP & the WR tenament. Rocklea may be divested later on.
The company will then pay out all the share holders with available cash after liabilities, delist and shut up shop for good.
