I dont need to retract....If you read what i said and posted....Now follow closely!!! and I'l try to give you the gist again.....

If/when someone buys out the other half of Jhep and OPR from MMX.. lets say Posco or whoever.....Mitsubishi will still be liable to pay murchison the balance of payment (Residual payment) for their half....Not saying it has to happen the same day/week or month...BUT Mits still have to pay....So whatever MMX get from this sale if it happens they will still be up for payment from Mitsubishi.....
Alternative...If Mitsubishi defaulted then MMX would own 100% of JHEP and OPR and have right to sell the half again to someone else...I know its complicated but Hope you able to grasp the concept now.!!! Mitsubishi can only keep their half If they pay for it...
