Now CHM are you happy with the settlement? I mean you got a great kick along today but is it what you want as shareholders?
$7m give or take a little.
Some of you were saying or but wait we still haven't got to the K&E case yet & that one MMX will be paying big time.
Now that big time is only $7m. Very disappointing in the scheme of things considering the actual value potential was $150-$250m of which you would get 80%.
I for one as an MMX holder are pretty happy with the deal. Although they look stupid for not taking a signed release even if they say CHM can't bring on more action it just looks sloppy & markets would rather see definte instead of well maybe CHM could go for more.
Either way what was according to CHM people here a certainty are youhappy with $7 million.
Please answer truethfully. I know most are here as traders but a few are not.
