You previously stated that US States and Counties which have mandatory gun ownership and zero crime rates.

There are no US States or Counties with mandatory gun ownership laws.

Check every state if you wish.

Kennesaw is a city in Cobb County, Kennesaw is obviously not a county or state.

Also no US town let alone State or County has a zero crime rate, that's just ridiculous, even NRA don't try and claim that one.
