Well this is bizarre. At the least its a badly constructed announcement in terms of future directions.

Hopefully its just a restructure of how Rob is paid.

I don't know what to think if Rob is leaving. Obviously he has been core to the relationships built up over time. Let's see if we can find out more.

I'll try and call John Lemon in the morning to see what the story is, or even Rob himself. Others should try as well.
