The mismanagement is criminal tangrams I am very angry about it and I can't see any will to change it whatsoever....when Turnbull suggested a takeover of the river by the Feds all we got was petty politics and now look what we have reaped. If this is what the states bring us they should be abolished, completely against the national interest.
