i also trade the futures market which i sometimes use as my hedge, and day trade the futures markets quite a bit for extra income.
Like i said before we are now in a full blown bear market and stocks that many would see as cheap can get a lot cheaper, so i would not take to much notice of valuations when we are in such a negative market, when they fall they can get it really hard, even if it is short lived.
best to just trade the moves in the direction they are heading at the time and with me BPT still looks to be down, wait and see i guess.
