They have cash - as stated on the other thread of 1.5million which came into their accounts on 6th may and their debt was settled by a share agreement in april also.
Currently they have no debt and 1.5million cash with 2.1million to come in July if shareholders approve and 40k/month to come in from July 2016 -> July 2017 with shareholder approval (of the lanstead agreement).
No raising needed until at least the end of this year.
