Yep, and they only need to fool the odd retailer and they've won. Centrepoint trades are ok, but should be allowed only on the basis that everyone has normal access to them (some retail brokers will do it over the phone for you but who does that?). And I agree, each trade should attract a fee, if I have to pay it why shouldn't they? If I want a stake in a company I have to show my hand by (generally) putting my entire order on market in one go, the biguys can do it over lots of little purchases, how's that an even playing field?
