I am struggling with something and if someone could point me in the right direction I would be most appreciative, @accaeric I'm looking your way lol.
'The Graff' an 8.62 carat ruby sold for 8.3 million.
Assuming ours are the same quality..all I've read on this subject is there is a duality between heat treated and not, and we ALL know ours don't need treatment.
We have TWO of these big burthas that will get 10 carats (at 60% max cut loss) each(conservative) I think I have read.
Someone, if they could, tell me why we are not going to get the same price for both (not even mentioning the other shiity high quality 5, let alone the 1000's of bulk sampling carats that will be sold lol) of these red runners.
Is it simply because of who will be at the auction on the day?
Or is it because they (old CJ) wants to off em as fast as he can?
This relates to SP cause if these two sell for 8 millie willies each....we will SMASH through 0.20c.
On the F.A side...what am I missing.
Help appreciated.
