IMO we should reach the mid-teens pre-auction. ... circa 14-16 cents
Post auction will deeply depend on the results....
1] Sub-$100pct - disappoint, and it will be mush!
2] $100-150pct - satisfy the market and it will reach 20 cents plus
3] $200-plus pct - surprise the market, and we could see 30 cents-plus hit

Whatever happen at the auction, the SP will not stay at those levels until end of year. There will be huge amounts of profit taking, if the market is pleased then there will be huge amounts of buying, and so on.

Assuming a successful auction, I am calling a settled SP of around 18 cents for end of year,
