Am making a celiac salt with beetroots garlic,and some other things like Zattar,and Sage....
Had a last burger yesterday,,,
They never add enough condiments,,,...
....
Then on the other had ones thoughts on burgers are very out there....
1. onion has to be raw... ( the grilled lingers)
2.You cant have enough Beetroot.
3.Meat must be crunch on outside
4.Egg must be yolk runny,,and not frazzeled to parchment,
5.Bun must be toasted.
6... spare not the salt and pepper,,,
7... Chili, if milk is on hand... up to 200000 s.c ( for snak)
8.Tomato must be fat and not green...
9.Buns need seeds,,,
10. Mustard is vital..... ( French not english ,,hot,,, they over did the radish,,, its a diff heat )

Oh lots of Dill Cucumbers....too
