Wouldn't be without extras at my age - early 70's
eyesight and dental etc even though a bit of a pittance in pay out
something I use but not abuse
when I last had eye test the new person seemed particularly thorough
my eye sight had actually improved
well either that or the previous was wrong she double tested
have therefore kept old favourite glasses that are too strong

had fight with health insurance when I bought rx designer glasses for frames and had the lenses replaced
with script sun lenses
unfortunately didn't win
wanted them to at least reimburse for lenses and what the hell would I do with just lenses

not like me to give up a fight possible too much other crap happening at the same to time

Do hope other readers are gaining from this thread
