Throw about half a kilo in the bath at a time, that is equivalent to a whole box of Radox salts, but the same thing at less than a tenth the price!
Works wonders if I have overdone it in regards to sport or heavy labouring or even to help the arthritis. But you need to spend over half an hour in the bath to give the skin a chance to absorb the magnesium. And I think it works better than tabs because the muscles aren’t that far from the skin layers.

Would it absorb? Osmosis tells me body fluids would pass through the skin into the MgSO4 at that concentration. Try eating a couple of Rennies a day- Ca/Mg in the right ratio and cheaper
