Had a look at the prospectus myself, as a longtime IGO follower, but will probably give it a pass as a non-geologically literate investor.
I'd have been tempted if I thought I was investing alongside IGO, but seems to me with none of the vendor parties actually putting in cash, and their apparently being happy with stakes reduced to approx or less than 10% each it is difficult at this stage to see a high degree of enthusiasm from these companies compared with their respective alternative investment options.
I don't have a view on the new company's management either. Therefore if I invested I'd be investing on the basis of my own (non existent) geological skill and judgement.
I will watch this new company, esp for any deals it might do with IGO or it's other parent entities, but for now I will leave it to the geologists and the gamblers.
