My quote was indeed an efficient summory of esi as it stands when supporting renewable energy.You are wrong on that one I'm afraid as it is NOW a fact.The stimulous to support and engage technologies like ESI is now delayed by 3 years.-Aust.support gone for now is a fact unless bankrolled by private enterprise.
I don't believe ANYONE on this forum soley linked esi to the proposed Aust ETS, as you ridiculously suggest.That said,the premium the market would pay for esi is now gone.
To believe Govt. rules and regulations can not affect sp is a huge mistake imo.
The only matter you have issued as the deal maker is the Tincom deal.
As it is a possibility,Where do you think esi sp will go to if that is not signed?
IMO,if that happened,a new low would be set.
