yes indeed SP3 - but now do they want more money?
sell coal add in ets benefit = loy yang happy
sell coal plus no ets benefit = loy yang unhappy
Now tell me SP3 - why doesn't tincom just buy the coal in one lump sum off Loy Yang hence cutting out the middle man. Loy Yang get an upfront payment and can pay down some debt.
Tincom get surety of supply and control of the resource. Money wouldn't seem to be an issue.
Go on say it - it makes sense. Although that might be a bridge to far for you.
