No, he wouldnt. 400million is a big statement but why are they struggling to get 3.5million or a signed deal with TINCOM in that case?
On the other hand, if a 400million statement was not meant to be made lightly dont you think it should have been made via the ASX to have a full impact? or was it just spin for the latest pump and dump?
