I agree 100% Kinell. It seems incredible that no shareholder letter or other communication was prepared for immediate release and we have not had any communication since the announcement. This is the most basic 101 communication, and indeed basic courtesy and common sense. The BOD seem to miss the most obvious elements of simple, transparent, courteous communication. I don't question that on some level they care about the business but they sure make it difficult to maintain any faith in them.

I will be voting for a second strike for these most fundamental reasons - they forgot the little man/woman and it smacks of ego or naivety or arrogance or laziness - none of which I believe in. I cannot endorse that, even if the consequences of a second strike are serious.

the best hope IMHO is that a better offer materialises to buy the whole company. I would now bail at any offer above 5.5c and move on to more honest, open pastures.
