AI99 - I have a fair idea and it is not the 500k our CEO is on and remember our Board were awarded shares for exhertion fees in 2015 and our Senior Exec. Were awarded bonuses last year.
My thought is that Directors should be paid in shares only with a 50% premium ie in todays market 36 cents until the price is $1.50. Which is where the company started. The Senior Exec should be offered a 50/50 cash/share split we may then see a bit more empathy with shareholders who like me have seen their investment fall from being able to buy a brand new car to being lucky to afford a secondhand motorcycle.
