The fact remains that they need to reduce their gearing level. I guess we have all assumed that this will be in the form of asset sales (since that is what they indicated).
How they will get their gearing down is unknown to us.
They will definitely need to do something though.
I would guess that they are simply trying to get the best possible outcome for Share Holders. Unfortunately we are not the most patient bunch (myself included). I also wish I had more cash to sink into this puppy but unfortunately I don't.
