That would be nice but it may be optimistic. As a customer placing an important and large order you would want to ensure that the chips would be supplied on time and to spec. Not receiving the product as specified might cause you to miss your own production schedule. Hence a performance bond might be required to be made by AKP. Otherwise what happens when the very first mass production goes wrong - not that AKP have a history of delays and unforeseen problems.

Serious cash is not just handed out without guarantees and safeguards. Would you lend someone a large amount of cash without some level of insurance that you could call upon?
