Interesting comment re most people not hearing really high quality sound. I'd suggest a reason for that is that for most, reasonable sound is good enough, kind of like wine. I think in many ways the really high quality sound production is almost a bonus with the real value here being the reasonable sound in terms of both fidelity and, very importantly, volume from a small, low-energy use device. Mobile phones and laptops suffer from essentially rubbish sound where even the best is poor - this technology will render the existing tech completely redundant in a few short years. I'm guessing the market for reasonable (as opposed to excellent) sound quality will be the bread and butter here and drive the largest share of the demand.
