Its a coping mechanism Buddy.
Just like gallows humor, cynicism, a daily dose of C2H5OH4, or other, and when it get really crazy ... prayers by the bed each night.
Otherwise we'd be throwing up barricades and lynching these &%$#! duplicitous politicians!
Yesterdays bipartisan support for increased public funding of political parties with NO public benefit in donation transparency .. and making it RETROSPECTIVE .. says it all.
They do what they want, assuming we'll forget .. and with support from a partisan media .. all too often their right.
