In a world filled with deception, false teachings, brainwashing media, and worldly influences that separate us from God, I thought it would be a blessing to share spiritual music that praises Yeshua and YHWH.
Today's worldly music is often filled with self-centeredness, greed, sexual perversion, hate, and confusion. Many songs even carry subliminal messages, subtly drawing us away from God and pushing us toward the worship of self or a false spirituality that taints the written Word.
Lucifer, once known for his musical talent, was one of God’s favored cherubs before evil was found within him. Today, he uses this very tool to capture minds, promoting the idolization of musicians and rock stars. More disturbingly, he hypnotizes and pollutes minds with subliminal messages. Some songs have even led to tragic outcomes, with messages that encourage despair and, in some cases, suicide. Music is a profoundly powerful medium, influencing emotions and putting minds in a trance without us even realizing it—whether we're going about daily duties or spending time in clubs. These messages get stored in our minds subtly, explaining why random songs sometimes come to mind without us knowing why.
I thought this thread could be a space for sharing music that praises God and helps cleanse our minds of worldly influences. Spiritual music can help us find peace, and in some cases, even draw us closer to God.
I’m going to share some songs that, at times, have helped me in this chaotic world. I was once a musician, deeply engrossed in worldly music—drawn to heavy metal, clubbing, and a misspent youth of attending concerts and even drug-infused raves. I know firsthand the powerful impact of music. Thank My Lord and saviour daily for pulling me out of this toxic life style, blessed to be alive.
With this in mind, it’s time to combat the forces of dark music with songs that spiritually enlighten our path to God, uplift, and praise His name.
