His 2009.3 turning point is 19th April, which is a Sunday.
Mind you, Armstrong says ....Usually, the half-cycle turning points do not produce major events. There have been some exceptions such as 1987.8 produced the precise low for the crash of 19th October 1987. ....
There's much more in the article (link above).
My point is that, IF 19th April proves to be a significant date, as the markets are shut on Sundays it suggests the pivotal event would be 'off-market'.
What might that be?
