Thegupper, What gets me is that the earlier announcement advises that the judges would soon make their decision. Now it appears that a decision had been made and IPR is reviewing that decision. I cant understand why we were not told the decision if there was one as part of the announcement. To me it sounds like the court has ruled against Ipernica for whatever reason and the trading halt appears to be a smokescreen for what they should have told us in the first place. I could be wrong, but shares have been traded on the basis of the earlier announcement and if that announcement was not correct shareholders have every reason to be unhappy. I hope my musings on this are wrong.
