What is putting brakes on the SP is probably an imminent capital raising.
SER has only 1.5m in cash which will not last long,even for admin. purposes.
the saving grace is that we only need a small raising just enough to keep the company going.
Uley's development costs will be paid by someone else.
No large dilution we hope.
