I'm not suggesting Uniross could be in talks with SER.
How-ever, in saying that, I find things interesting.....!
Uniross is a North American battery manufacturing company previously owned by French Company CG Holding.
In May of 2009, Eveready Industries India (EII) purchased more than 80% of Uniross SA effectively becoming the holding company for Uniross SA and it's subsidiaries.
Novener (????) holds 97.3% of Uniross SA which in turn has 100% stake in Uniross batteries SAS, France which again, in turn, has 100% stake in Industrial - Uniross Batteries (Pty) Ltd, South Africa, Uniross Batteries Gmbh Germany, Uniross Batteries Limited, UK, Zhongshan Uniross Industry Co. Limited, China, Everfast Rechargables Limited, Hong Kong, Rechargeables Online SAS, France Celltex Limited, Hong Kong, Uniross Batteries Corp.USA has a 100% stake in North American battery Corp, USA and Multiplier Industries Corp, USA. Novener also has a 70% stake in Idea Power Ltd, Hong Kong.
An overseas company, Everspark Hong Kong Private Ltd was incorporated by the company to obtain commercial benefits on the companys sourcing of imput materials and goods from China.
In view of the above, one could consider having a JV with SER with off-take agreements 'could' be seen as a viable option......?
Pure speculation but possibly worthy of consideration...?
