Is this to support the 20MW Solar Farm in Wang?

Though it looks like there are 3 solar farms scheduled for the north west of Vic at 320MW combined
and coupling these with battery storage would be nice if they don't do pumped hydro (which would be pretty hard if they're far from the divide)...
