Based on the FACTS REPORTED - which as usual you choose to ignore Bashir has only been found guilty of minimal conspiracy to the bombings

Of course though you no doubt know of other evidence that proves he had greater involvement (which he may very well have had)

And no doubt you know for a FACT the Indonesian courts ignored this evidence.
