Jack it never ceases to amaze me how ridiculous some of these posts are. The middle East has never made money from oil?? lol what a cracker. One of the biggest disappointments over there is the hoarding of the wealth by a select few. Ghettos in the middle east are nothing new. Saudi has a current bank balance of over a trillion dollars to finance itself through the low oil price. Not that it's about to do it tough at 50 bucks, it costs less than 10 to produce.
