Regarding dismissing the Greens as having had a hand in this debacle that the senator has brought upon herself, what makes you think they wouldn't perform this amazing triple somarsault with 2.5 twists in the pike position at very little risk to themselves? I think it was brilliant, from a politically strategic perspective, if in fact they did it. Didn't she say that she had been talking to the Greens leading right up to her resignation? Not enough smoke for you Scott? Do you need to see flames to acknowledge the possibility of fire? Can you not see the myriad fairly predictable outcomes all in favour of the Greens because of this event? Do you think the Greens have just been lucky?
