Why is it that we have stupid, naïve people who make stupid statements as "I have many friends who are Muslim, and they don't agree what fellow members of the gang/cult, brothers/ sisters are doing ", they don't ever say, "I have friends who belong to the Mafia or the KKK, criminals/ rapists, thieves, paedophile gangs, but I don't agree to what are doing"
Now if they said" I have many friends who did belong to Islam, but, I don't belong to any more because it's a criminal organisation, like any other", I would believe them !!!
