I like that term "correctly understood". I am pretty sure ISIS, Al-Qaida and all the Koran waving fanatics understood correctly in the same way JW/Branch Davidians also perceived their knowledge of the bible is far superior to their peers. If religion remains a personal belief between the believer and his/her God (what is the reference to Transgender since it isn't technically a he or she LOL) all his fine. It is the spreading of the word that my belief is the correct and only one that causes conflicts sometimes manifested in violence.
A thought that came to me yesterday, if I were to take off my shirt on a hot summer day in public, is that offensive to a Gay? Or a turn on and what if I was grabbed on my manly parts? I would love it if females start removing their tops in public on a hot summer day!
