Just about every other culture has managed to join in, learn English (granted more difficult for older immigrants, but bleeding heart report stated "Twenty-six per cent of Muslim teenagers are unemployed") and generally integrate sucessfully into our society.

This has been going on for 200 years.

Did the Irish get special privileges when they came?

How about the Greeks and Italians?

The Vietnamese? I would expect the younger generations doing OK if they can stay out of a gang. Did they get special privileges?

We even manage to put up with Kiwis, even if half the time we don't know what the hell they are talking about???

But Muslims have special needs. They need to ride the magic carpet multiple times each day. They need Friday afternoon off altogether for an extended session. They need special laws. They need special treatment with kid gloves to be sure no one offends their religious beliefs or things will turn violent.

Have they integrated anywhere sucessfully? I don't know, ask the poms or read that post on the other thread about the French politician. Doesn't look good.
