Islamic finance is misunderstood by most, that just see the zero interest rate and compare it to Western rates. All islamic mortgages come with signing fees, advisory fees, adjustment charges, and various other hooks that generally make the product the same or more expensive than a normal mortgage. Arabs arent fools!
